PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin condition improving system which detects the amount of moisture, resiliency, the amount of sebum, or the like of a user to improve a skin condition by controlling. SOLUTION: The skin condition improving system includes a skin condition detecting device A for measuring the skin condition of the user, a skin state improving part B for improving the skin condition of the user, and a controlling part C for controlling operation of the part B based on the measured data of the skin condition, and the controlling means controls time to apply warm steam and cold mist from the measured data of the skin condition.
