PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ball with a better touch of use by substantially uniformizing the hardness of the ball as a whole. SOLUTION: The ball 1 comprises a tube 2 into which a gas is injected and a skin member 10 disposed outside the tube 2. The skin member 10 has a plate-like body part 10a extended along the outer peripheral surface of the tube 2, a protruded wall part 10b which protrudes out to the side of the tube 2 from the periphery part of the body part 10a. The resin of the protruded wall part 10b is made softer than that of the body part 10a to lower the rigidity of the protruded wall part 10b.
