A method of controlling user information on the communication terminal is disclosed, which includes : authenticating the controlling message after receiving the controlling message, judging that the class ID of canceling information is "cancel" or "stop canceling" in the controlling information after passing the authentication, processing the operation of canceling when it's "cancel", while stopping canceling the user information on the communication terminal. A terminal that can control the user information stored is disclosed, which includes: receiving/sending unit, processing unit and storage unit. It can avoid other's illegal use, ensure the safety of individual information, and ensure the reliable running of the communication service.
