<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refund transfer system which supports a scheme for acquiring information required when money is transferred between a payer and a recipient when the payer does not know transfer account information. <P>SOLUTION: The refund transfer system includes: a device for refund which is connected to a device for payment and a device for reception through a network; and a bank system which is connected to the device for refund through the network to perform transfer processing from a first account which is a transfer source account to a second account which is a transfer destination account and to inspect validity of the second account. The device for refund includes: a refund information transmitting and receiving means for receiving refund data by every payer, first confirmation information data and a refund amount from the device for payment, and receiving second confirmation information data and data about the second account from the device for reception; a refund information database for storing the received refund data; and a confirmation information decision means for reading the refund data from the refund information database to perform verification using the first confirmation information data and the second confirmation information data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
