<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor of which destructive oscillation speed of a piezoelectric element is improved for raised motor output, with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 11 is bonded to an outer peripheral surface including both sides corresponding to the loop of bending oscillation that causes stress concentration due to bending oscillation of a piezoelectric element 10, so that the rigidity of a stress concentrated portion due to bending oscillation is raised for improved durability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
