<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of reducing stress remaining in a resin adhesive interposed between a wiring material and a connecting electrode; and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In this solar cell module, the resin adhesive 12 is interposed between the wiring material 11 and the connecting electrode 40 arranged along an arrangement direction H; the resin adhesive 12 has removal regions 12a where the resin adhesive 12 is removed in a direction orthogonal to a principal surface of a photoelectric conversion part 20; and the removal regions 12a continue on a line crossing the arrangement direction H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
