<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and a nonvolatile semiconductor memory drive for measuring the temperature of a region positioned between a semiconductor memory and a control part, that is, a region whose temperature becomes higher than that of the other region of the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An SSD(nonvolatile semiconductor storage device) 10 includes a substrate 100 having faces 100a to 100f. A temperature sensor 101, a connector 102, a control part 103 and 8 NAND memories 104A to 104H and a DRAM 105 are arranged on the face 100a of the substrate 100. The temperature sensor 101 is arranged between the control part 103 and the NAND memory 104H, thereby enabling the measurement of the temperature in the region which becomes a higher temperature than that of the other region of the substrate 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
