PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user at a linking destination take an immediate action to an abnormality at a linking source. SOLUTION: The alarm performs an alarm by a voice message and/or a display message when the abnormality generated in a monitoring area is detected, transmits an alarm signal to other alarm installed in other monitoring area, and when an alarm signal is received from other alarm, performs a linking operation, and includes: an acceptance means for accepting stop of the alarm; and a linking alarm processing means for transmitting an instruction signal for instructing the stop of the alarm to other alarm when the acceptance means of the alarm accepts the stop of the alarm, and determining necessity/unnecessity of the stop of the alarm in other alarm to perform an operation according to decision results when the instruction signal is received from other alarm.
