PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a method for obtaining the attribute information of a user, and for constructing the database of a Web site following the idea of the user according to this is generally provided in order to increase the number of accesses of a Web site, it is not necessarily possible to properly acquire attribute information, and it is not certain to predict the idea from the attributes of the user. SOLUTION: A Web play system is configured of: a hit signal server device for, when the URL of a Web page to be newly displayed each time it is switched in a terminal is matched with a hit URL stored in a hit signal server device, transmitting a hit signal to the terminal; and a terminal for acquiring reward information based on the received hit signal.
