PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicular sensor capable of attaining reduction of the number of parts and reduction of assembling man-hours and superior in working efficiency and mounting properties. SOLUTION: A door panel 3 is provided with a mounting hole 10 having a large diameter hole part 11 and a long groove hole part 12 having narrower width than an inner diameter of the large diameter hole part 11, and a sensor housing 20 is provided with a retaining housing part 22 for retaining a pressure sensor 25 and a mounting housing part 23 having an insertion projection part 29 insertable to the large diameter hole part 11 and a nut 27 thread-engageable with a bolt 28 engageable with an outer side of the long groove hole part 12. The insertion projection part 29 is inserted to the large diameter hole part 11, a head part 28b of the bolt 28 is engaged with an inner surface 3b of the door panel 3 at a periphery of the long groove hole part 12, and a male screw part 28a of the bolt 28 is fastened to the nut 27 of the mounting housing part 23, thereby, the sensor housing 20 is mounted to the door panel 3.
