An electronic device is provided with an antenna (A4) having a first conductor part (44) in which a first feeding point (41) is arranged and which extends in a plane shape and a second conductor part (46) in which a second feeding point (43) is installed, which extends in the plane shape by making it confront with the first conductor part and is arranged in plane symmetry with the first conductor part by including positions of the feeding points; and a semiconductor element (42) performing communication through an antenna by supplying signals of reverse polarities to the first feeding point and the second feeding point for making influence of a material being an object to be fitted is hard to be exercised.
