The invention relates to a signal discriminator, comprising: a signal generator unit which produces an output signal having high and low voltage values; an output unit which outputs the output signal to a high-impedance conductor; a switch which an input signal composed of the output signal subjected to superposition of noise and attenuation as a result of passage through the high-impedance conductor is input to and which is turned on during sampling; a condenser connected to a ground, for storing the input signal transmitted in response to turning on the switch during the sampling; a digital conversion unit which converts the input signal stored in the condenser into a digital signal; and a processing unit which levels out a plurality of digital voltage values in sync with the output signal, and compares a predetermined threshold with a voltage difference value between high and low voltage values of the leveled digital voltage values, in order to remove noise contained in the digital signal and discriminate a component of the output signal.
