<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting/receiving system in which a data receiver can check whether or not a data transmitter can restart MOVE of AV data when the MOVE is interrupted. <P>SOLUTION: The data receiver 102 receives the AV data whose copy is restricted, and is characterized by being provided with: a receiving means for receiving the AV data from the data transmitter 101; a decoding means for decoding the received AV data; a recording means for recording the received AV data; and a resume control means for checking whether or not restart of data transmission is possible to the data transmitter 101, when it is judged that the restart of the data transmission is impossible, canceling an encryption key used for decoding of the AV data, and deleting the recorded AV data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
