<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for appropriately translating a network address of a communication device. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control device comprises a first database 50 for associating and storing thereon a first IP address and a second IP address assigned to a communication device; a retrieval circuit 30 which fetches communication data, that are not addressed to the own device, being passed over a network and translates an IP address of a transmission source or a transmission destination of the acquired communication data from the first database 50; and a processing execution circuit 40 which translates the IP address of the transmission source or the transmission destination of the communication data into the first IP address or the second IP address.
