PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting and appropriately filtering a computer virus. SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus includes: a processing execution circuit fir detecting and filtering a computer virus; a plurality of management circuits 420 by class for managing the timing of sending out communication data for each class of a band to send out the communication data; and a selection circuit 405 which acquires the communication data to be sent out and information about the class of the band to send out the communication data, selects any management circuit 420 by class to supply thereto the communication data from among the plurality of management circuits 420 by class in accordance with the information about the class, and supplies the communication data to the selected management circuit 420 by class.
