PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine authenticity without being restricted by an observing direction. SOLUTION: A forgery-proof medium includes: a display section 11a composed of color parts 12a and 13a arranged in combinations of lines; a display section 11b composed of color parts 12b and 13b arranged in combinations of lines; and a plurality of embossed parts 14a and 14b arranged in lines at equal intervals on the display sections 11a and 11b. In the display section 11a, the color parts 12a are disposed at the feet of the embossed parts 14a or between the embossed parts 14a. The color parts 13a are disposed in areas including the tops of the embossed parts 14a. In the display section 11b, the color parts 13b are disposed in areas including the tops of the embossed parts 14b.
