PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer bush having a lip capable of reliably offering an ingress protection capability in the vicinity of a slit portion while providing ease of assembly almost comparable to a stabilizer bush with no lip, without affecting spring characteristics. SOLUTION: The stabilizer bush 10 has lips 12, 13 projecting radially inward at an open end portion of an inner circumferential surface, the slit portion 18 cut across the entire axial length from the inner circumferential surface to an outer circumferential surface, and bores 19, 20 formed so as to open on the radially outward side and the axial end face side of lips 12, 13.
