PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity accumulating unit, in which many electricity accumulating units consisting of storage batteries and storage battery monitors supplied with power from the storage batteries are connected in parallel, with a high reliability and at low cost. SOLUTION: The monitors for the plurality of electricity accumulating units (series electricity accumulating units), which are serialized with the storage batteries, are connected with one another, with their potential levels divided with insulated signal lines (signal lines among series). The monitors, having the same potential levels, of the plurality of series electricity accumulating units are connected with each other by a signal line (the signal line between parallels). The chief monitor, which orders an operation to the monitor or collects data from the monitor, and the monitor that each series electricity accumulating unit has, are connected with each other by a signal line.
