PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting signal distortion. SOLUTION: The method for correcting signal distortion, comprising the steps of: reading a digital input signal value; determining a digital output signal value based on the digital input signal value that has been read; and outputting the digital output signal value to a signal processing path. The digital output signal value is determined so as to compensate a predetermined systematic error derived from signal processing on the signal processing path with respect to the digital input signal value.
