PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict pressure pulse generated in an intake pipeline, and to restrict deterioration of performance of a compressor due to oil remaining in a suction chamber of a compressing section. SOLUTION: In this hermetic scroll compressor for helium, a winding angle of a first contact point position 64, in which the outer peripheral surface of a winding end of a turning scroll lap 6b is brought in contact with the inner peripheral surface of a fixed scroll lap 5b when volume of a turn-outside compression chamber 8a becomes the maximum, is extended byπrad relative to a winding angle of a second contact point position 63, in which the inner peripheral surface of the winding end of the turning scroll lap is brought in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixed scroll lap when volume of a turn-inside compression chamber 8b becomes the maximum. Winding angle of the turning scroll 6 in the first contact point position 55 and winding angle of the turning scroll in the second contact point position 54 are formed into the same with winding angle of the fixed scroll in the first contact point position 63.
