PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad rail supporting pad which comprises an outer bag internally and separately having a first reaction solution as a base compound and a second reaction solution as a curing agent, and an auxiliary bag provided in such a manner as to communicate with the outer bag, and which reduces costs by facilitating the formation of a separation portion of a portion except a channel serving as the portion for making the auxiliary bag communicate with the outer bag. SOLUTION: This railroad rail supporting pad comprises the outer bag 1 which is made of the synthetic resin sheet and into which the first reaction solution as the base compound and the second reaction solution as the curing agent are separately put, and the auxiliary bag 11 which is juxtaposed to the outer bag 1 in such a manner as to communicate with the outer bag 1 and which can be cut off from the outer bag 1. External pressure from the outer bag 1 makes the first and second reaction solutions mixed together; the auxiliary bag 11 is separated via a separation portion 16 formed of a cut line in a portion except the channel 12 serving as the portion for making the auxiliary bag 11 communicate with the outer bag 1; and a punched hole 22 in a perfect circle shape is formed at the end of the separation portion 16 which is positioned near the channel 12.
