PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic composite material which is suitable for obtaining a compact with excellent dispersibility and a filling property of a magnetic substance and with improved magnetic characteristics. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the magnetic composite material is characterized in that: the magnetic substance is annealed in a vacuum, and the obtained annealed magnetic substance is mixed with a resin material selected from a group composed of a polymer and a polymerizable monomer.
