PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a wiper device such that enhancement of working efficiency in installing the wiper device can be attained in the wiper device in which a washer nozzle is provided along a pivot shaft. SOLUTION: On a collar 8 externally fitted to a pivot holder 5, the washer nozzle 8b projected to the outside along the pivot shaft 4 and a washer liquid feeding passage 8c communicated with the washer nozzle 8b and extending to an inner seal material 6 side through a through-hole H of a glass body W are formed. Whereas, a water passage C becoming a flow passage of the washer liquid is formed on the inner seal material 6 penetratably in an outside/inside direction, the washer liquid feeding passage 8c of the collar is fitted to an outer end part 6d of the water passage C, and a tube 11 drawn out from a washer tank is fitted to an inner end part 8e of the water passage C.
