PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of improving safety when a vehicle gets head-on, while restraining a cost increase by reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: In this vehicular seat, a pair of right-left lower arms 12 and 14 on the inner side and the outer side can slidingly move in the longitudinal direction to a vehicle frame F via a sliding mechanism 30, and among both slide positions on the inner side and the outer side in the sliding mechanism 30, the inner side slide position is set higher than the outer side slide position. A rod 16 is joined to the front side of both lower arms 12 and 14 by welding so as to form a bridging shape to these opposed both wall surfaces. A reinforcing member 14a is joined to an outer peripheral surface of the rod 16 and the wall surface of the lower arm 14 in the lower arm 14 so as to cross with the direction becoming weakest in strength of a cross section of this lower arm 14 among the tangent direction in a joining place of the rod 16.
