PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage to the rear deck of a vehicle by holding the rear deck when air lack occurs in the vehicle having a vibration-damping structure in which an air spring is used. SOLUTION: The vibration-damping structure comprises: a vibration-damping rear deck 2 having the air spring interposed between itself and a vehicle body side (a container 1) to suppress the vibration; a member to be fixed (a rear deck hook 20) attached to the vibration-damping rear deck 2; and fixing members (a hook support part 10, a stopper plate 18) for fixing the member to be fixed to the vehicle body side. The fixing members fix the member to be fixed if an air defect occurs in the air spring. Desirably, when the air supplied from an air source for the air spring to the fixing members is interrupted, the fixing members fix the member to be fixed.
