The invention relates to an oral liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising desmopressin and to the use thereof for the treatment of central diabetes insipidus, primary nocturnal enuresis, haemorrhages in patients with Haemophilia A and von Willebrand-Jürgens syndrome and post-operative haemorrhages.
