<p>A method for synchronizing the states includes the following steps: if the value of the parameter UE_DTX_DRX_Enable which indicates the UE supports DTX or DRX is FALSE, the UE abandons the received HS-SCCH signaling or sends the NACK message to the BS according to the received HS-SCCH signaling. The system and device for synchronizing the states are disclosed at the same time. By using the method mentioned above, the synchronization between the UE and the NodeB can be achieved under the CPC state, and the abnormality of the system can be avoided.</p> |
