<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving internal absorption properties of coenzyme Q10 to solve such a problem that although coenzyme Q10 has an antioxidant action, energy production promotion action, enhancing action on cardiopulmonary function, immunostimulatory action and aging preventing action, it has low absorption in oral administration. <P>SOLUTION: The food composition comprises coenzyme Q10 and HMB or its salt.
