PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency amplifier capable of taking harmonics matching in a broad band, improving efficiency in the broad band, and improving a degree of freedom in design with respect to the harmonics matching. SOLUTION: A wiring pattern 4 formed on the front surface of a matching circuit 3 includes: a main line 5 electrically connected to an FET 1; an open stub 6 whose one end is connected to the main line 5 and which is arranged on the outer side of the main line 5; and an open stub 7 whose one end is connected to the main line 5, and which is arranged on the outer side of the main line 5 and has a line length with a dimension to allow the impedance of harmonic waves to be generated from the FET 1 to be short.
