PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna capable of easily generating a vertical polarized wave of the UHF band even when an installation space is narrow, an antenna system and a room mirror. SOLUTION: The antenna 1 is installed in the room mirror 6 and has a base plate 3 and a radiation electrode 4 disposed at an interval with the base plate 3 and electrified through a feed conductor 3. The length between one end and the other end of the base plate 2 is longer than the length from one end and the other end of the radiation electrode 4, the base plate 2 and radiation electrode 4 are each curved inward concavely between one end and the other end, and the base plate 2 is disposed inside the radiation electrode 4.
