PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount an antenna built-in vehicle exterior to a body, and to reliably ground-connect an antenna in the antenna built-in vehicle exterior mounted to the outside of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An air spoiler 1000 having a hollow casing 2 includes: an antenna element that is mounted to the inside and connected to the conductor of a coaxial cable 15; a bracket 11 to which the shield wire of the coaxial cable 15 is connected; a bolt 11a for joining the bracket 11 to the body 1; and a collar 30 that is held between the bracket 11 and the body 1 and connects the bracket 11 to the body 1 electrically. The casing 2 of the air spoiler 1000 is provided at the fixed side to the body 1, and has a long hole 20p that has an internal diameter larger than that of the collar 30 and to which the bolt 11a is inserted, and nibs 20d, 20e, 20f, 20g for holding the bracket 11 at an area to the inner surface of the casing 2.
