PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer hose having fuel barrier properties to alcohol mixed fuel, including an intermediate layer high in adhesive strength with an inner rubber layer, having excellent extraction resistance of adhesive component, and suitably used as for example a fuel hose of an automobile. SOLUTION: The multi-layer hose has laminated structure in which resin using liquid crystalline polymer as a main pomponent is the intermediate layer 1B, and rubber is disposed as its inner layer 1A and outer layer 1C. In the multi-layer hose, the inner layer 1A is made from fluoro-rubber, and the fluoro-rubber layer is directly laminated with the intermediate layer 1B. Further, the liquid crystalline polymer is composed of at least one kind of monomer selected from hydroxybenzoic acid, hydroxy-naphthoic acid, 4,4-dihydroxy biphenol, phthalic acid, and ethylene terephthalic acid.
