PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrally secured machine component effectively utilizing the plastic flow deformation of a metal and a manufacturing method of the machine component which can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The machine component includes a flange 1 with a square hole 12 and an internal annular recessed part adjacent to the square hole 12 at the center, a shaft 2 with a middle collar 21 inserted in the square hole 12 and an external annular recessed part adjacent to the middle collar 21, and a compression ring 3 which secures the flange 1 by the plastic flow deformation of the metal so as not to be disconnected from the shaft 2 by pressing a dovetail 4 formed of the internal annular recessed part and the external annular recessed part.
