PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creep prevention type rolling bearing capable of keeping the uniform thickness of an oil film regardless of positions in a circumferential direction of an outer circumference of an outer ring or an inner circumference of an inner ring of a bearing to surely exert an squeeze effect and exert a creep prevention property, and coping with damage to a part of a seal to exert a creep prevention effect. SOLUTION: In the creep prevention type rolling bearing, two circumferential grooves 2 are formed on an outer circumferential surface 1a of the outer ring 1 of the rolling bearing, and three or more of communication grooves 3 are formed at connect these circumferential grooves 2. A ladder-like endless annular rubber seal 4 is fitted in the ladder-like groove constituted of the circumferential grooves 2 and the communication grooves 3. Since tetrafluoroethylene resin powder and thermosetting resin powder contained and dispersed in synthetic rubber functions as a solid lubricant, abrasion or damage is sufficiently prevented even for the use of a heat-resistant purpose.
