PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive composition wherein carbon nanotubes have been uniformly dispersed with ease into a resin without newly arranging a specific disperser and is stable even at a high temperature, a highly electroconductive resin composition comprising the same and a method for producing the same since a carbon nanotube is known to have high conductivity by addition of a small amount but is extremely hard to disperse into a resin. SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube dispersion comprises an ordinary temperature molten salt, a silane-based surface treating agent and a carbon nanotube.
