PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine providing various movement of a game ball for game entertainment. SOLUTION: In a state that the left end of a movable body 72 rises, the left side of an opening portion 71 is open. When a game ball S rolls on a guide passage 70a from the left side of a stage 70 and reaches an outlet portion 74a in such a state, the game ball falls into the opening portion 71 and falls from a recess portion 71c, and enters a starting port 17 at a high probability. When a ball roll on a guide passage 45b from the right side of the stage 70, the game ball S reaches the outlet portion 74b, and when the game ball S falls as indicated by an arrow B, the game ball enters the starting port 17 at a probability lower than that of the ball falling from the recess portion 71c.
