PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that running shoes sold by each maker as those exclusive to a long-distance running are not suitable for minimizing stepping losses and that, when there are shoes suppressing energy loss to a minimum, fatigue in the last half can be delayed, thus improving time to run the whole distance. SOLUTION: The shoes are equipped with two crisscross belts for a line from the outer heel to the instep and then to the base of the big toe and for a line from the inner heel to the instep and then to the base of the little toe of running shoes, making the entire sole of the foot unified from the tip of the toe to the heel except for the toes. Both left and right shoes have a V notch from the base of the big toe and the little toe toward the instep, suppressing energy loss in bending the sole of the shoe during running steps. A narrow belt for attaching a measuring RC chip is installed on the outside, and a plurality of grooves are made on a line connecting the bases of the big toe and the little toe on the sole of the shoe, so that the energy loss in bending the sole of the shoe is suppressed to the minimum.
