PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus manufactured at a low cost and having high receiving sensitivity. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 100 is provided with an ultrasonic probe 2 having a piezoelectric vibrator 11 for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves, and a core consisting of a first metal, at least at a part of an electric circuit in the ultrasonic probe 2, wherein a low-resistance wire coated with a second metal whose resistance is lower than that of the first metal is used for at least a part of the core.
