PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding clothes drying device capable of easily putting a blind on laundry without using a blind cover by effectively using the structure of the folding clothes drying device. SOLUTION: This clothes drying device A includes a pair of frame bodies 1 and 1 which are configured to be arbitrarily changed over between an expanded state and a folded state where the upper faces of both frame bodies face each other, and a frame body hanging member 11 for hanging the frame bodies in the expanded state to a laundry pole or the like, wherein one frame body 1 has a locking hook 7 for retaining an erecting attitude with respect to the other frame body, the hanging member body 11 has a locking recessed part 14 and the locking hook 7 is locked to the locking recessed part 14. The erecting attitude of one frame body 1 is thus retained. Large-sized laundry such as a long bath mat and bath towels hung to the one frame body 1 under the erecting attitude exerts a blind function for hiding the laundry such as lingerie hung to the other frame body 1 in a horizontal attitude.
