PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetically attracting locking implement surely and constantly locking and holding an extremely large-size frame-like tray such as a frame-like article display tray as well as a heavy article in a suspension state by generating a large reaction with respect to a bending moment using a lever operation, along with the magnetic attraction force of a magnet body. SOLUTION: This locking implement consists of a substantially board-like magnet body 1 freely magnetically attracted to a necessary ferromagnetic wall face 12, a turning body 6 turnably pivoted to the surface of the magnet body 1, and a locking body 8 suspendedly attached to the rotational body 6 directly or via a support 16, wherein the locking body 8 has locking pieces 9 and 10 vertically formed facing each other to vertically lock a locking object 13 at two points, and the back face of the locking body 8 is formed with a necessary length of an abutment support member 13 projecting rearward for abutting on the ferromagnetic wall face 12 and horizontally supporting the locking object 13.
