A guide device for the visually impaired is provided to simplify a structure of a stick as reducing the stick's size, thus a manufacturing cost can be largely saved, consequently the guide device can be widely commercialized. A guide information transmitter(10) comprises as follows. A memory unit(110) stores guide information including voice information for being guided to the visually impaired. A modulator(120) modulates the stored guide information into an analog signal. A transmitter(130) transmits the modulated analog signal. A loop coil outputs the analog signal as a low frequency signal. A stick(30) comprises as follows. A receiver receives the low frequency signal. An amplifier amplifies the received low frequency signal. A speaker outputs the amplified signal. |
