<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for identifying a device which primarily damages productivity, in consideration of an interprocess mutual influence in variations in production, in identifying a device which drops its production capacity due to both variations in production capacities of devices in multiprocess production and variations in production capacities of devices in multiple, mixed production. <P>SOLUTION: A bottleneck device extracting method includes: a means which simulates an influence on the whole production system by intentionally varying the production capacity of each device; a means which measures an interprocess mutual influence due to the variations in production which appears by the simulation; and a means for identifying a device which primarily damages productivity according to the result of the measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
