<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an arc or switching loss from being produced when a power supply relay is turned on in a power supply control system for controlling the mode of power supply from a fuel cell to a load circuit. <P>SOLUTION: With two relays in a first relay device 13 disconnected, a capacitor step-up converter 15 is controlled so that the difference between the output voltage V<SB>FC</SB>of a fuel cell 11 and the voltage V<SB>L1</SB>across an input smoothing capacitor 16 is reduced to a predetermined threshold value E<SB>TV</SB>or below (Steps S103 to S105). When the difference between the output voltage V<SB>FC</SB>of the fuel cell 11 and the voltage V<SB>L1</SB>across the input smoothing capacitor 16 becomes equal to the predetermined threshold value E<SB>TV</SB>or below, the two relays in the first relay device 13 are connected (Step S106). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
