<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform membership alpine accident prevention-search-rescue activities on the basis of the spirit of mutual aid of climbers. <P>SOLUTION: In the organization for all persons who climb mountains in Japan, which is composed of one-year members who have paid predetermined amounts of admission fee and membership fee, each member belonging to this organization has the right of receiving a coverage, in the event of alpine accident, with limits of not less than a predetermined amount as the alpine accident search-rescue expense in one year, and has the obligation of paying, after completion of a current year, an amount obtained by dividing all alpine accident search-rescue expenses by the members caused during the current year by the number of all the members as a posterior contribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
