摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make correspondence between a shift gear-in finish position and a sensor detecting value accurate in conformity with an actual state, while eliminating influence by deflection of a shift operation force transmitting part. <P>SOLUTION: Up to time t3 whenΔT1 passes from t1, a shift load command is increased up to a shift gear-in load, and a coupling sleeve is shifted and operated to a first speed shift gear-in finish position. During this time, a shift position sensor detecting value increases as illustrated. On and after shift operation time t2 to the first speed shift gear-in finish position, though shift operation is impossible more than that, the sensor detecting value increases by a deflection quantity even on and after the t2 by the deflection of the shift operation force transmitting part. In the t3, the shift load command is reduced up to a reduced load such as the deflection becomes 0. Thus, the deflection is eliminated, and the sensor detecting value reduces on and after the t3, and becomes a first speed shift gear-in finish position corresponding value in t4.
