<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, capable of performing noncontact communication in a plurality of formats. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device 100 includes a transmission portion 116 that transmits repeatedly, at a specified time interval, one combination packet that is created such that it includes, within a packet that is compatible with one format, a packet that is compatible with another format, so that the information processing device can perform noncontact communication in a plurality of formats.
