PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming device which prevents the aggravation of yield when in mass production, and further, reduces greatly man-hours when in production. SOLUTION: A trimming device 2 includes n fuse trimming selection circuits 21, and a serial parallel conversion circuit which converts input serial data into parallel data, and outputs a trimming signal to the n fuse trimming selection circuits 21, wherein in the fuse trimming selection circuit 21, a first fuse cutting circuit 33, a second fuse cutting circuit 36, and a selector circuit 50 are provided. The first fuse cutting circuit 33 consists of a fuse 31 and an NPN transistor 32 being a cutting circuit. Moreover, the second fuse cutting circuit 36 consists of a fuse 34 and an NPN transistor 35.
