PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal diffusion member which is usable more suitably for thermal diffusion from a heating element. SOLUTION: The thermal diffusion member 11 includes: a graphite sheet 12 provided on the heating element; a protective layer 13 covering the graphite sheet 12; and a connector 14 provided on the graphite sheet 12. The connector 14 has a conductive portion 32 which has elasticity and also comes into electric contact with the graphite sheet 12. The conductive portion 32 is disposed on the graphite sheet 12.
