PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple optical-axis photoelectric sensor capable of surely retaining watertightness between a translucent member and a resin sealing member. SOLUTION: A cover 14 is provided with a cap 31 as a cap-shaped resin sealing member for storing an optical unit 22 sticking out from an opening end 12a of a light-transmitting case 12 as a light-transmitting member so as to make it possible to form an optical axis and sealing the opening end 12a, and a cap cover 32 as a metal terminal member fixed on an end of a protection case 11 so as to cover the cap 31 and preventing slipping-out of the cap 31 in the longitudinal direction.
