PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference power supply device for supplying a band gap reference voltage even when any failure due to band gap failure is generated. SOLUTION: The reference power supply device includes band gap reference circuits 2a and 2b for generating a band gap reference voltage and a control device 3 for controlling the switching of the band gap reference circuit to output a band gap reference voltage according to the operating states of the band gap reference circuits 2a and 2b.
